• Account & contact info: name, work email, company, role, and anything else you submit through forms (including the waitlist).
• Brand & campaign inputs: details you provide about your brand, audiences, goals, and prospective partners to generate reports.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies & similar tech: for authentication, preferences, and aggregate analytics.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Kanume platform.
• Generate partnership reports, recommendations, and pitches you request.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Send product updates and, with your consent, marketing communications.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email), with partners you explicitly choose to engage with, or when required by law.

Inputs you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate reports and recommendations. We contractually require these providers not to train their general models on your inputs.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

Kanume is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
