Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kanume website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Kanume LLC (“Kanume”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Kanume provides an AI-native platform for discovering, evaluating, and planning brand partnerships. Features may include partnership reports, opportunity scoring, pitch drafting, and collaboration tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
• You may not use the Services on behalf of a third party unless you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information about any brand, person, or entity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful or disruptive content.
• Access or use the Services in a way that could harm, disable, or impair our systems or other users' experience.

Kanume retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant Kanume a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Services.

• Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless canceled before the renewal date.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, but all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Outputs from AI features are informational and should be reviewed before use in business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanume and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanume and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
